Artist Combines Painting With Images From Internet To Create Surreal Portraits.

The definition of a cocktail is at least two liquid refreshment mixed together with one containing alcohol. How fitting that ‘cocktails’ is exactly how Spanish artist Antonio Mora describes his creations. Mora, whose previous career as Artistic Director has come in handy, mixes human photography with landscapes, animals and structures. The result is that delicious hybrid drink that is both abstract as well as concrete. The execution of his art is applied not on canvas, but wood. The imagery is quite haunting and vintage.
